Very clean and decorated beautifully. The apartment has everything you need. The location is excellent with an extremely beautiful view. Located in a quiet and tranquil area away from the busy town of Kotor or Tivat. Short drive to Kotor and Tivat by the local bus. If you are driving then the property also has a car park. Nice little places to enjoy a swim just across the road. Supermarket was very close too. Mr German was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to way to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend the property.

The only downside was it is not very clear on Booking.com about the payment. It needs to be clear that it is cash only or bank transfer. No credit card payment at the property. Can’t even think of anything else!

La vue époustouflante sur la mer depuis le salon et la terrasse. L'emplacement dans l'un des plus beaux coins des bouches de Kotor, l'accès à la mer juste en dessous de l'appartement et la gentilesse du propriétaire très accueillant. Un bel appartement.

Matelas peu confortables, probablement à changer. Pas de volet ni rideaux vraiment occultants, réveil très matinal obligatoire.

Полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям в карточке. Очень удобное тихое место. Отличный хост, всё объяснил, всё показал. Дал несколько отличных рекомендаций. Также удобный частный паркинг с крышей - машина почти не грелась на солнце. Размер достаточный для среднеразмерного SUV. Mercedes GLC влез без проблем и по длине, и по ширине.

We really liked the beach (thanks to the owner for the pebbles), the water was warm. Of course, a beautiful view from the balcony (for this we took apartments). We liked the cleanliness, kitchen with bathroom, cozy living room, and convenient parking under the roof.

I would like to give this apartment a 10, if not one thing... I had an unpleasant aftertaste from the owner, he never greeted me personally and seemed very unfriendly when, without a greeting, he intervened in our conversation with my daughter and began to teach us how to live and relax (my daughter and we wanted to wet our feet on the beach in the dark, and Herman unfairly made a rude remark) - after that, an unpleasant aftertaste remained and it became uncomfortable .. Perhaps I was personally unlucky, perhaps the owner is actually friendly, but not with everyone. Still, this is the face of the apartment, you need to be a little more tactful ... It was also surprising that in such apartments there is no washing machine .. there were not enough kitchen cloths for the table...
