Perfetto Perasto Residence

Very nice and cozy apartment, in the old house with it's own spirit and history, in the heart of Perast, has the necessary equipment and facilities, The host was very kind and we did have great compliment upon arrival :) Wifi was perfect in the apartment, and very high 5G Internet was in the whole area. I definitely recommend this apartment and host!

It was not a big problem for us, but if you travel by car, you need to take into consideration that you are not able to park in the town. It is difficult to find a free parking place near the town. We paid 25 EUR per 1 day, which is much more compare to other places in Montenegro.

This is a great property. It is a few yards from the lake front and beautiful views. The attention to details were remarkable. The heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious.

The only problem we had while there was the electricity kept flicking off. We contacted the owner and they showed up right away with an electrician who fixed the problem. She even gave us a bottle of Proceco for the issue. Excellent response time.

The apartment is fully furnished, well-decorated, clean, and located close to the seaside/promenade, on the second level or so, one staircase (so, you won't have to climb the town's long, rough stairs). It also features warm floors in the kitchen and bathroom! Perast itself is great, historical, quiet, and serene (although we arrived before the tourist season, maybe it's different in mid-summer). It was fun to explore it's labirintine streets and levels. We travelled by car, so we had to keep it outside the town (because the town itself is closed to traffic outside of owners/technical/hotel's cars). Olga is a very friendly and responsible host, very positive experience.

The bed mattress was too hard for my spine; that's a personal preference, but it can be important for other people with spine issues/ traumas, like me (maybe some soft blanket can soften it, as an option).
