Walking distance to Termimi, great selection of non touristy restaurants in locality, not far from metro if needed, I walked to all main sights Fabio as a host very communicative and expressed such willingness to help if needed.
Road noise could be an issue…. didn’t really bother me. Area is not the nicest but I knew that and it was ok. Mattress soft, as building old bathroom smells.

早めに荷物を置くことができ、そのまま滞在できた。が、何時から荷物を置けるか、と４回繰り返し聴く必要があった。
１．照明：①アパートを開けた場所の照明がなく（おそらく電球切れ）、出入りの度に自分のスマホのライトを使う必要があった。②キッチンの電球もチカチカしていた。ホストの代理のような人に、問題を伝え、すぐに対応するとの答えであったが、滞在中改善されることはなかった。
２．ベッド：チェックイン当日の１１時半ごろ、ホスト代理からダブルベッドのクイーンサイズベッドのどちらがいいかと聞かれたので、大きい方が良い、と答えた。結果、手すりがきしむ１０段ほどの階段を上がったロフトのベッドが大きい方で、そのベッドにシーツがつけられていた。ひとりで滞在するゲストに聞くには、生活空間と同じレベルにあるベッドか、階段を使うロフトにあるベッドかのどちら、という聞き方をしてほしかった。サイズより、階段を上る必要があるかないかの方が、ゲストにとっては大事な違いである。
３．自分は一人での滞在だったので、狭さは感じなかったが、最大収容人数の４名が滞在すれば、相当窮屈だろうと想像する。
