Apartament jest bardzo ładny i estetycznie urządzony. Pościel oraz ręczniki były czyste, a kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry.
Niestety podczas pobytu zauważyliśmy w mieszkaniu mrówki faraonki, a w łazience i miejscami w apartamencie wyczuwalny był nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Okolica nie sprawia dobrego wrażenia – jest brudno, przebywa tam wielu bezdomnych i podejrzane towarzystwo. Niestety podczas naszego pobytu doszło również do wybicia szyby w naszym samochodzie. Do Koloseum jest około 40 minut spacerem, prowadzącym przez mało przyjemne okolice.
