Beautiful Home, Staff Lady was very nice. Felt very secure, locking outside gate, front door lock and room lock. Super close to Rome Airport, easy 20 min drive. We didn’t have breakfast, we had to leave before 0730. Room A/C worked well and was quiet.
Room was on top floor, extremely hot. Staff left windows open to air the room out which let in all the mosquitoes. We closed the windows and pumped the AC, but got a number of bites in the night. I killed 4 mosquitoes the next morning. Both beds in the room were rock hard. (This may be a positive for some people.)

Friendly, charming hostess who spoke enough English to communicate with us and tolerated my attempt to speak Italian. Our room was upstairs under the roof and totally comfortable and functional. Ostia Antica is a great place and it was only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. There was plenty of room to park our car on the street outside. Sorry we only stayed 1 night.
Not a criticism of this place, but the breakfast was the usual sweet array you get in Italy. It's strange that breakfasts here are always so disappointing when otherwise the food is so brilliant!

Great location in walking district of the archeological park. Our host Grazie was so kind and friendly. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. I felt like I was staying with family.
We would have liked a heavier blanket and the breakfast was only sweets. No fruit, cheese or meats FYI
