Stayed a night during my layover in Rome, host Enrico was helpful and hospitable, reached out upon booking confirmation, a nice touch, pointed out nearby cafe and restaurant upon arrival, provided shuttle service to and from airport upon request.
Room was clean and uncluttered, minimalist in decorating style which I like, air conditioning worked, bathroom clean and maintained. For people who drives, there's plenty of parking spaces. For me, a pleasant overnight stay, didn't feel unsafe at all.
