The facilty is at a really good location, just next to the downtown. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious, with big enough bathroom and a small kitchenette eqipped with basic stuff.
It is clean and well maintained. There are a few parking places available on the yard, easy to to find and get in.
Trams may be too loud in the morning if you have street-facing apartment

Great location, very quiet, and a great value.
It took a second to realize I needed to buzz the Atrium apartment reception at the door in order to access the place. A note in the instructions would be handy. But everything was easy otherwise!

I like the privacy and location.
I was in apartment 2 and there was a bad smell from the bathroom sink. Both the shower and sink had blockage issues which needs to be attended to.
