It was perfect!!!

My mom, two of my friends and I stayed here and we absolutely loved it! Our stay at this property was simply perfect. The place was incredibly clean, beautifully set up, and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Patricia and her son were the most wonderful hosts - warm, welcoming, always available, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. They are incredibly pleasant people, and their hospitality made our experience even more special. Upon arrival Patricia checked if the previous guests had vacated the property so we could leave our bags, and told us we could leave our belongings at her place (upstairs), if the other guests hadn't left. We loved how thoughtful that was of her. The space is cozy, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches everywhere. We were really impressed by how much the apartment offered. From the game console to the selection of books, even if the weather had turned badwe were never at risk of being bored! This place genuinely elevated our entire trip to Rome. All of us fell completely in love! We can’t recommend it enough and would happily stay here again without hesitation. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. 🏛️✨

A Perfect and Comfortable Home

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very comfortable, clean, and full of natural light, making it a truly relaxing place to unwind. The beautiful garden was a highlight — a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors in a peaceful setting. Francesca, the owner, was incredibly supportive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming home away from home!

Clean and well decoratedb house. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it will be a good choice to stay more than a family nice host and hospitality. Even its a bit far from the rome center but easy to reach by public transportation also a big süpermarket is so near to house.provided all ur needs it has own garden and able to find all documents .landlady is helpful and easily understanding each other.

Nice place for a family in Rome

A very beautiful, spacious, clean appartment with all the amenities needed for a five members family. Nicely decorated with a garden, in a quite neighborhood, close to supermarkets and several bus line stops. The owner was very polite and helpful.

The apartment is a 35 to 45 minutes (by two buses) distance from any place in Rome's historical part. However busses in Rome run quite smoothly and allow passenger to have a view of many parts of the city.

Trip to Rome.

The Host Patrizia was so lovely and went out of her way to accommodate us. The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities we needed and having the lovely Garden area to chill and relax with a glass of wine was the icing on the cake. Its located in a good area where you have access to central Rome in less that 30 mins and buses are frequent. The transfer to and from airport is short !!! So big bonus after travelling. Would definitely go back and stay at Connys house. Highly recommended this property.

Conny's home was sparking clean & welcoming after a long flight. The apartment wss well equipped with everything we could desire. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was a bit further from the city center than I expected but we quite enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.
