Rome flat

The location was very good with multiple bus routes, easily to travel from FCO airport and to Rome central. Large Carrefore on walking distance 6 mins, cafes, pizza places are also on the same distance. On arrival a bottle of wine was waiting us, which is absolutely special touch. The flat equipped with all required kitchen things, including sponge (not many places provides it)

The place was a superb potential. I would renovate it a little with the same theme and rent at higher price.

The apartment is very dirty. There are no normal dishes, cups are beaten and dirty, old towels, bed linen are also so-so. The apartment does not have a pleasant smell. There is parking, but there isn't. For 4 days we have never been able to park the car near the house. Decent place to stay within budget

The host was very corporative and provided with all the information. He even provided some breakfast when we arrived. Rooms gave us authentic roman feeling and we liked them a lot.

Bathroom was not that clean. Specially the bathtub may be they forgot to clean it. Hot water didn't came the 1st day but it came fine from 2nd day onwards once we talked with the host.

Unfortunately, our experience with the rental from this host was not pleasant: although the apartment was located in a beautiful and almost convenient neighbourhood, the inside fell short of our expectations. We booked that apartment for six persons, and it had been said that it came with two double beds, one single bed and a sofa bed, but there were only five places to sleep on. That robbed us of good sleep there. And that was soooo frustrating. Besides that, there was not a coffee machine or an electric kettle to boil some water for hot drinks. The cleanliness was also an issue. Those issues could have been easily removed by the host to let the guests enjoy their stay in his property with that awesome big balcony.

The host has done everything to make us feel welcome - left a bottle of wine, there were all sorts of useful instructions in the apartment - bus schedules, etc. Free parking available. A large terrace. Good location, supermarket nearby.

The bathroom is definitely in need of a renovation. Outdated. There was some problem with a boiler as it didn't have warm water on the second day of our stay which was very discouraging after a hot day of sightseeing in Rome. Also, had no idea how to turn the gas hob on-tried several times to no avail. The WiFi was quite weak.

Overall it was good experience

A nice old fashioned house. It was a clean apartment with large balcony. Kitchen was equipped with everything.

Location is far from the center. It takes around 1 hour on public transport to the city center and 20 minutes by car. Initially we had difficulty parking our car. It was difficult to find parking space. Had an argument with a resident on parking our car in the area. He started taking pictures of our car to complain about it. But later it was sorted out. Air conditioned is not available and there was only 1 small fan. We had to open our windows for some air and due to that a lot of noise comes through windows early morning.

The accommodation is an apartment in a multi-storey condominium. It has a clean environment, spacious interiors, good layout. (the owner lives elsewhere). The equipment remained in the 60s 70s, but in perfect condition. Anyone who loves time travel is really an extra service. We were traveling with two grandmothers and they were delighted with what we were happy about. It was just as good to have a lift in the house, so it was good at the end of a long Roman day. The continental Italian breakfast, which meant here is a pre-packed biscuit, jam cake, tea bag, jam, coffee, sugar, pre-packed croissant. Prepare everything for yourself and you will have to wash it afterwards. We went to the city by rented car, so there was no problem with the distance to the sights, which meant 4-7 km. Secure parking was solved in the house's own yard. suggestions: 1. Arrange your arrival time first, because there is no one who would let you go in case of ringing. 2. Buy yourself the breakfast you find in the kitchen as the accessory will be good.

Una casa restata agli anni 70-80, carta da parati segnata da quelle che sembrerebbe umidita/perdite passate, staccata in alcuni punti con segnali evidenti di muffa. Il bagno potrebbe essere la parte più sistemata sennonchè quando fai la doccia il box perde nei lati. La cucina presenta un frigo che funziona male e installato penso alle orgini dell'appartamento, cucina idem. Il prezzo per come si propone l'apparmento risulta inadeguato, a voler essere più che buoni ed educati.

Lokalizacja świetna, wystrój nietuzinkowy. Zostaliśmy miłe ugoszczeni wraz z podarunkiem. Z minusów to nienajlepszy porządek w kuchni, przed użyciem czegokolwiek musieliśmy to umyć, bo było tłuste. Był problem również z kluczem, którego nie było tam gdzie powinien być, a także posiadaliśmy nieprawidłowy kod do skrzynki.
