Exceptional

Hard to find around the world an accommodation where you walk 15 meters either to jump in the crystal clear Iseo lake or have dinner in a fabulous restaurant. Not to forget, a host who really cares!

Superb

The location was top. Look one side from the balcony and it was the lake, the other side was the beautiful church. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch activity on the water and in the street below.

Relaxing by the Lake

The property was perfectly located beside the lake with some lovely alleys to get to it. It was perfectly located in the centre of Predore and there were many great restaurant choices within 5 minutes walk or 30 seconds if you felt lazy.The facilities were everything you need to cook,clean, sleep etc and the quick tour of Predore with Walter was very helpful to get our bearings.

Predore is a quiet village and there is not a huge amount to do. There is a small outdoor public area that we used regularly but unfortunately the apartment does not have any private outdoor space which is always a nice to have..

Everything was perfect!

As a couple we rented the apartment "Fanny" in early May 2022 and were completely satisfied. The apartment is located in a building from the 15th century, directly on Lake Iseo and in the middle of winding streets. In the morning the sun shines on the balcony from which you have a great view of the lake and the romantically located restaurant directly opposite. If it is warm enough, you can have breakfast in the fresh air or drink a glass of wine in the evening. Despite the historical age, the apartment is stylish and modernly furnished. The space is perfectly adequate for two people. We did not miss anything in the equipment. Everything you need (stove, dishes, cutlery, TV (only Italian channels!), air conditioning, sofa bed, etc.) is available. Around the lake there are plenty of opportunities to spend time together or to enjoy the peace and quiet on your own. We got a personal welcome from the lovely host, a short introduction, the keys and a few tips on shopping, restaurants and leisure activities as well as the availability by phone at any time, if we should still lack anything. The surrounding area is suitable for both hiking and biking. Overall, we can definitely recommend this apartment. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We were able to recover great and are almost certainly not the last time we have been there. Sabina & Stephan

Eine sehr erholsame Woche - leider zu kurz !!

Die Verständigung lief schon vor dem Eintreffen proplemlos über WhatsApp. Wir wurden herzlich mit Franciacorta begrüst. Nachden wir unser Domizil bezogen haben, führte uns Walter zu einer privaten Tour durch Predore. Dabei erfuhren wir viel wissenswertes und nützliche Tipps gab es obendrauf. Wir bekamen kostfrei Fahrräder, besuchten ein Fest in dem Künstlerdorf Bienno auf Walters Empfehlung. Der Lago Moro war ein weiteres Ziel ... und es gab noch weitere Tipp`s und Empfehlungen von Ihm. Man spürt es das Walter interesiert war damit wir ein so angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen konnten. Das erlebt man heute nicht allzu oft. Wir sind dankbar um diese Erfahrung und haben seine Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Lassen wir ein/zwei Jahre vergehen und wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen. Es gibt noch vieles zu erleben, auch dank Walter`s Hilfe.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und in Predore sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den See und ostseitig war wunderbar nutzbar, da die Sonne ab ca. 13.00 Uhr nicht mehr drauf schien. Es gab meist einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus und ganz in der Nähe 2 kleine Läden und eine Bäckerei, wo man das Nötigste frisch bekam. Wir werden bestimmt wieder einmal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hat uns gleich bei Ankunft alles sehr ausführlich erklärt und alles im Ort gezeigt.

Die Bademöglichkeit vor Ort, welche öffentlich ist, war etwas rutschig, da die Steinstufen unter Wasser sind.

Perfekt.

Die Lage direkt am See ist einzigartig. Der Ort ist ruhig, es gibt aber alles, was es braucht: Resraurants, kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bootsverleih. Die Fähre hält gleich in der Nähe. Man kann auch von der Pension aus wandern oder Rad fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Wir haben eine persönliche Ortsführung bekommen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Geweldig, zeker een aanrader. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Zeer mooi appartement, direct aan het meer, rustig ligging. Walter is een geweldige host, kregen zelfs een aantal tomaten uit eigen tuin.

De foto op Booking.com suggereert dat je het appartement met uitzicht op het water krijgt. Dat is niet helemaal zo, het is een appartement direct erachter. Overigens wat verder in de fotoreeks is dat wel aangegeven met pijlen waar de 2 appartementen ( Tilde en Fanny ) wel zijn gelegen. Die hadden wij even gemist. Het was even een tegenvaller, maar het verblijf en Walter hebben dat meer dan goedgemaakt. Wat heel fijn was, er was op 10m afstand een klein terras met bankjes aan het water waar je heerlijk kon genieten van het uitzicht over het meer. Een aanrader, ook omdat in de buurt er hele leuke plaatsjes zijn om te bezoeken. Daarnaast is het rondom het Iseo meer veel rustiger dan meren zoals het Garda of Como meer.

Zu Gast bei lieben Menschen

Die Lage is optimal, nur wenige Schritte vom See entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll restauriert und befindet sich in einem Haus, dessen Geschichte lange zurückreicht. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und ausgesprochen hilfreich. Zur Begrüßung lud uns Walter dazu ein, einen Spaziergang mit ihm zu machen, um uns über das Dorf zu informieren.

Varázslatos, visszamegyünk!

Walter tökéletes házigazda. Megmutatta a helyi éttermeket, nevezetességeket, érdekességeket. Az apartman elhelyezkedése tökéletes: pár lépésre az Iseo-tó, a komp, éttermek. Fantasztikus érzés volt a kis erkélyen reggelizni vagy borozni, a látványban gyönyörködni.
