We loved it.

Lovely comfortable flat in a fantastic location looking right over the lake, so great views. The bed was lovely and comfy, the place was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and we were grateful for the bottle of wine and useful basics such as sugar, salt and oil.

It would have been good to have a mirror outside of the bathroom / toilet - ex. in the bedroom over the dresser so someone could say, dry their hair and another person could use the bathroom. Parking was rather awkward as very tight spaces.

Wonderful location overlooking the lake in a comfortable apartment

Perfect location, wonderful lakeside views. Comfortable roomy apartment, good bed and good shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Sitting on the balcony for meals, at the lakeside during the day, and swimming straight off the end of the little jetty were all marvellous.

The parking is tight, (a sharp bend to get in to the garage). Once negotiated it is a very safe cool place for the car. The list of rules and penalties is a little disconcerting at first, but we did look after the place so we had no problems.

gorgeous apartment with amazing views if it had been sunny

amazing views of the lake; spotlessly clean; really comfortable large bed with great quality bedding; very private location

not much nearby although description does explain restaurants and supermarket 15-20 minute walk security deposit held pending (although cancelled promptly on departure with no issues) lots of house rules which made us worry a little although I understand that because the property is of such a high standard the owners want to keep it that way

Great place on lakefront

Lake front with a private peer - great place to swim

Noise from the road, but it was ok at night time. Suggestion to the owner: providing a kayak or a surf board would be a great investment.

A great few days enjoying the fabulous scenery of Lake Iseo

The location of the apartment is excellent for those looking for lakeside accommodation that are willing to walk, drive or take public transport to visit the other towns close by. It suited our needs as we were happy to make the short walk ( 15 minutes) to reach Predore where there were restaurants and the ferry landing. The gardens and the views over the lake were great,

A small problem with the electrics was dealt with promptly and it was our fault, we had been warned!

Comfortable apartment with excellent view and direct lake access

The big selling point of this apartment is the unobstructed lake view and direct lake access. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is modern and there is a dishwasher. A private sunbathing deck directly by the lake is an extra highlight. The “Italmark” supermarket a short drive away is well stocked and convenient.

The house is located on a busy street and it can by noisy at times. A garage is provided, but the entrance is quite narrow, so we ended up parking on the street instead (which was also fine). At arrival guests are required to sign a form with house rules, indicating potential charges in case of damage or loss of towels etc. which felt a bit awkward. Good to know is also that only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided, and guests are expected to cover additional needs themselves.

Beautiful, comfortable, perfection! The best view of Iseo Lake! 10/10!!!

The photos don’t do the villa any justice, it looks even more beautiful and the view !!! Waking up everyday to that view was utterly perfection! From the moment we arrived the villa became home for the week, it was comfortable and just stunning! Lots of space for the 4 of us. I turned 30 whilst in Italy and my two best friends who came with us got engaged! We spent the sunny evenings outside drinking, eating, laughing and just enjoying every second and every celebration! I 100% recommend this property. We will be staying again in the future when we visit our friends who live close by to the villa also. Italy has well and truly found a place close to my heart and this villa made it all that extra special experience and holiday! It was perfect! We all have really bad holiday blues today. Waking up at home not to see that view was the saddest moment !! Thank you Mattia and family for helping with everything and making the stay super special!!!

There was a little issue with the electrics BUT it was dealt with very quickly, these things can’t be helped!!!!! No different to if your at home and something went faulty. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! I’d of stayed forever if I could!!!

Not clean, restrictive, not value for money.

Udsigten er fantastisk.

Der er en stor larmende hovedvej lige bag ejendommen. Der var ikke særligt rent - i alle hjørner var der små edderkopper, brusebadet er med kalk og rust og døren lukker ikke ordentligt så der kommer vand ud på gulvet. Sengene er ekstremt bløde/dårlig kvalitet så vi fik ondt i ryggen af at sove i dem. Gulvbrædderne i soveværelset var løse. Der er enormt mange restriktioner hvor de truer med at tage penge fra depositum hvis man bruger for meget strøm (fx bruger aircondition for meget) hvis man ikke sorterer affaldet, hvis man gør det ene eller andet. Meget fokus på negative ting og ikke noget vi før har oplevet i den prisklasse. Jeg har aldrig før oplevet at få at vide at jeg maximalt må bruge så og så meget strøm om dagen. Jeg forstår ikke den høje rating - vi oplevede at der var beskidt og ejendommen er slidt. Ville ikke komme tilbage.

Sehr idyllisch am Wasser

Direkt am See, schöner Garten und Terasse mit Liegen zum sonnenbaden und Tisch zum essen, nahe zum Dorf, Klimaanalge, Fernseher, komplett ausgestattete Küche inkl. Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Waschküche zur Benützung...

Lauter Verkehr von der Hauptstrasse direkt am Haus. Das kann nicht geändert werden, aber man sollte sich dessen bewusst sein, dass kaum mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen werden kann.
