Amazing views of old town Hvar

Stunning location...worth paying a little bit more for the balcony. We were delighted to find the room had air conditioning and a fully stocked kitchenette which wasn't listed under facilities but we later saw under 'description' section on booking.com...so we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. Maria provided us with homemade liquor, cookies, water and fruit. I hope to get the recipe off Maria for the luluquor and cookies as they were absolutely delicious! We loved our stay...thank you for having us :)❤️

I brought my paddleboard which was in a heavy bag so steps up to the property were hard work but that was my stupid fault...the steps actually weren't that bad and its more than worth it for the views

Love, Love, Loved it

Loved the place, such a cute room with an amazing view! My mom and I had breakfast on the balcony with the view of the Fort and old town. Maria the host is so sweet and lovely, made us feel at home. Her home made cookies and alcoholic drink tasted so good. Maria is 10 out of 10 :)

Be aware of the many stairs to take, but all the apartments are to be reached by stairs.

Very wonderful and a splendid getaway.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Maria, the most friendly host, and despite the fact that we arrived an hour before check in, she let us sit on the balcony and treated us to biscuits and a drink whilst she prepared the apartment. The apartment was really clean, with the most beautiful view from the balcony and a gorgeous garden of flowers.

Incredible place!

Great location, so close to the centre. Amazing facilities, the host was so king and super helpful. We wanted to stay an extra night and she made it so easy to sort that out. Made our trip to Hvar so good, would 100% come back!!

Croatian hospitality at its finest

- The proximity to the center of town - The view - The little extras such as fruit, home made liqueur and cookies that the lovely owner Maria provided - The table and chairs on the patio right outside the room ( this is only for the double room, the suite has a balcony, 1 floor up) - Even though there isn’t a kitchen, everything you need to make your own cold breakfast is there ( fridge, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, water cooker, chopping board, tea etc) - a ceiling fan - a very comfortable mattress - a grocery store nearby ( and obviously since it’s in the old town restaurants and shops as well )

There was nothing I didn’t like. I would like to point out though that a lot of stairs are involved to get there ( but if you go via the Path to the right of the cathedral on the main square it’s a lot less stairs!)

Relaxing stay with nice host

The lady host was very nice. The apartment was big and clean. Everything was there as mentioned at the time of booking. The female host also kept some fruits and cookies for us at the time of check-in. Location of the apartment was also very good.

no air conditioning but very well built old house with a ceiling fan. it actually felt cool in 35 degrees. not recommending to anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs to clear before getting there

The perfect guesthouse

The room was equipped with everything you need. Clean, and had a fan and fridge and plates and cutlery and tea. I really enjoyed the outdoor table in the shade with view over the fortress. Situated right in the old centre. Exceptionally flexible and friendly hosts. I was even welcomed with treats! Really recommend this guesthouse.

Loved that cookies

Extremely friendly host, always smiling and worried if everything was ok. The room and the bathroom was really clean, and have a great view to the fort. The location is perfect, just 2 min walking to the old town, bus station and supermarket, and 5 min to the ferry port. Loved her homemade cookies.

The hiztedd was warm and gracious she had homemade cookies inn a jar as well as fresh fruit when I arrived.

A convenient location for the town and bus station.Maria greeted us very warmly and left in the room fresh fruit and liquor.The apartment was spotless and she even provided hand sanitiser.We had a super view of the fortress from the balcony!

Great stay

The owner was adorable! She received us with fruits, a local liquor and cookies. She did her utmost to check us in earlier - and made it possible. The room is well equipped and the view is amazing! The room is also very big.

The fact that there is only a fan and that it is bright, so even though it wasn’t super hot inside the air con was missed.

Great location! close to everything and gives a right impression of narrow historical streets. The welcome was very nice and homey. We got all we needed though the rooms were very minimalistic. Beautiful setting on the hill side.

There was no shampoo or shower gel amenities and as we were travelling light, we missed it. The door did not lock properly, but we did not feel unsafe in the general environment.

Would definitely go back!

The room was great - super clean and the guesthouse owners were very nice. Some fruit, biscuits and a liqueur were left there for us on arrival. Our room had a nice balcony with a table and two chairs, offering a great view of the Spanish Fortress.

WiFi didn't work very well but you shouldn't spend too much time on the internet while in Hvar anyway. :)

La dueña muy amorosa y atenta, nos regaló fruta, prosek hecho por su marido y galletas hechas por ella. El lugar es hermoso con un bello jardín y vista al fuerte y a la ciudad.
