Such a great location, a perfect apartment with everything you could need. So clean and everything worked well. The host was so lovely, he went out of our way to give us recommendations to some great places and restaurants and was so helpful with any questions or issues we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely cosy stay in an authentic setting very close to town.

The house was authentic and homely, ideally located just minutes from the town and one minute from the bus station. Luca and his mum Marita were lovely, genuinely welcoming and proud of their home. This is not a hotel and it has its quirks but if you are after a simple room that is spotlessly clean with fresh smelling bed linen and towels this is the place. Marita even did our washing which was massively appreciated. Someone’s it’s not about the amenities it’s about the feeling of being somewhere that has a good vibe and for us this was it.

Perhaps the bathroom in our garden room was a little dated but that’s being picky.

Good option for a short stay at the Hvar center

The location is great, within just a short walk from the center and all entertainment.

The room was smallish and had a hostel-like feeling to it. The facilities were quite basic and not very new.

Value for money is great, if you want to save on the accommodation I highly recommend

- Location is really close to Hvar center, less than 5 minutes to the main square, supermarket, bus stops, harbor, restaurants and everything that you need for your stay. - Air conditioner working properly was essential - Comfy beds and pillows - Spacious room with extra bed

- Small touches in the decoration would make a whole difference (e.g. there was a random fake plant vase hanging in the boiler pipes ???) - Wifi is very weak on the room - There was another room next to us that didn't have bathroom, so the guest did a lot of noise in the hallway at random hours (3am) - The bathroom doesn't have a shower, just a water hose. Combined with the terrible plastic curtains the whole bathroom gets really wet.

Stayed 2 nights at Lukas studio apartment with terrace - amazing

Cozy and homy apartment of good size with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or a small break after walking around town or spending a day at the beach. Very centrally located with everyting you need. Luka is super friendly and gave us a warm welcome and the possibility to leave our stuff before we could check in. Thank you Luka! :-)

It’s nicely located and the host was very helpful at check in Nice place to stay shortly and only to sleep Air conditioner

A little hard to find and tagged in a wrong place on the map, consult your messages for exact directions which were sent by the host Towels were a little smelly (I guess from humidity) The furniture is quite old but clean
