Great room

Lovely clean room close to the ferry. The staff are excellent helping with luggage. The breakfast is in the adjoining hotel entrance one lane over.

Great room and location for a 2 day stay in Hvar

This is an individual room, next to the hotel, but has it's own front door, good air con, comfy room and bed with an ensuite. Breakfast is served in the hotel, which is a 3 minute walk from your room. Good internet connection in the room and hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and will carry your bags up to the room, as there are quite a few steps. Breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold options, meats, cheeses, salad etc and will cook for you eggs, omelets, scambled eggs etc, also coffee and juices. The room is in a perfect location, 5 minutes from the harbour and ferry, and easy walking distance from anywhere. Lots of dining options again withing easy walking distance.

Charming place but beware of stairs

The room is nice and well located for the port and old town. staff are happy to help with bags (do accept the offer!). Nice shower, quiet, small but fine for a day. Breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order. Great coffee. Charming street.

The stairs, and lack of clear directions. The staff should really tell you to call from the bottom of the stairs and pick you up. We had the bed set up the wrong way but the staff sorted this quickly.

wonderful location and wonderful staff, Ivan was a pleasure to deal with and a real nice guy.

The steps right outside our double room with flowers and pots felt like you were part of hvar, we sat on the steps and felt the nice cool breeze it was magical and authentic.

Lovely room. Amazing breakfast and super accomodating staff who allowed us to check in early and even gave us breakfast after we booked very last minute. The location is amazing. Sofa in the room a nice touch to provide a separate comfy place to sit

Mate, Ivan, and Marin were great hosts. The property was beautiful and the room was great. THe breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful setting. The room was great, the beds comfortable, and the shower was large and easy to enter/exit. The room was close to the ferry dock also.

Great value and location

So glad we picked this great room for our lodging on Hvar. The staff from the hotel (the room is part of it but accessible from a different street, yes there are stairs) were so welcoming and helpful, serving welcome drinks and giving all the information we needed for our stay. Perfect location, clean, quiet and nice space on a beautiful street. Delicious breakfast included, get the salty pancakes!

Amazing location and lots of privacy

The room was right off the street so we did not need to stop into the hotel. That being said, we could easily walk around the corner to the hotel for anything we needed including their amazing breakfast.

No view or place to sit outside but that's the price you pay for such a great location in the heart of the city.

The google map localisation is wrong and there is no mention of Boutique Room Kaliopi anywhere in the streets… Finally after 15min looking for it in the street stairs some people showed us the entrance which has another name… Maybe the location should be renamed or the entrance specified clearly.

A cozy stay in a great location- the staff was AWESOME

This is a single room, presumably from a converted apartment/house, and though its cozy its a great stay. The room is very near the ferry port, the hotel offers access to a breakfast, and most importantly the hotel staff is great (he carried our up the MANY stairs!). The bathroom is super nice and the bed is comfy. Our room was quiet, though we were there in late June 2021 so travel to Hvar was light. We visited Hvar for our honeymoon and the staff not only allowed us to check-in early, but even put flowers on the bed. I thought it was a great place to stay, particularly if you won't be spending much time in the cozy (read: small) room.

Sooooo the steps. Though your Google map will show you that you're right near the ferry port, you are in fact, up a bunch of steps, so keep that in mind. Imagine an area of town that instead of roads there are alleyways of steps; we went up the wrong set, but a nice local directed us to the check-in area. Once we arrived the staff grabbed our bags and took us to our room. Its Hvar, so there's no avoiding the steps, but if you're someone that has heavy bags, or may not be in the best shape, be aware you will be climbing everytime you're headed back to the room.
