Relaxing stay by the sea

The host Anastasia was really kind and helful, the location is very close to the beach, pet friendly and we could walk our dog evey morning by the sea. Very nice green yard with barbecue and space to take your meals outside. The room was clean, with AC and a small kitchenette. A 10-15 min walk to the center in a quiet area. Very good value for the money.

The room was very small for 3 persons and a dog, different from the one shown in the pictures on booking. The host apologized for the misunderstanding but there still was a little discomfort. Wi Fi is not working properly.

We liked everything actually. We stayed at a mountain view apartment which has direct access to the big yard where the kids can run and play freely. The place offers great value for money. One small friendly recommendation is for the rooms to be cleaned slightly more often. For our 8 nights stay they were cleaned once, and if it was twice - it would have been perfect.

Superb

The location was impressive - on a walk distance between Stavros and Vrasna, good beach with enough empty space around for feeling the nature, many times even windy. Our terrace was with sea and mountain view both ( room 205) It is the perfect place to bring children, dogs, bikes...

Internet wasn't good enough but for Greece we didn't expected more :) they explained to us that it was because of the provider and it make sense as the first few days it was okay.

Holiday with meet nice people and relax.

The location was excellent even if it is located on the edge of the resort. This gives a note of relaxation added to the courtyard of the villa full of greenery and the possibility to admire nature from the balcony of the room and to enjoy peace and relaxation. The host is really a very nice lady and available to the needs or questions of tourists. We had a beautiful holiday in Stavros and we also visited the village of Olimpiada, close to Stavros, a small but beautiful and quiet location. From here you can visit the city of Thessaloniki, the island of Thassos (ferry from Keramoti 120 km) and the Alistrati cave. For good food I recommend the Nikos tavern which is not in the central area but is a family business and respects its company. Have a nice holiday at Kymata By Anastasia!

Clean sea with little wind and perfect waves.

We liked the everytjing, the apartment was clean, perfect yard with barbecue, beach and the sorrounding.

The host was very kind and friendly. Hotel has a nice garden with barbeque place, terraces looking over beach and mountains, very nice. The place is pet friendly. Bed was comfortable.

House is located at the beachfront, however the beach was dirty, full of garbage and burdocks - I was with my dog, so it was quite a challenge. In the neighbourhood there are caffes, as better option for enjoying the beach... The room was very small, hardly allowing 2 people (although it was apartment for 3). Kitchenette is very small, serves the very basic needs.

Relaxare intr-o zona departe de aglomeratie.

Cazare amplasata foarte aproape de plaja, la 2 minute de mers pe jos. Totul a fost curat, prosoapele si lenjeria schimbate la 3 zile, balcon spatios cu priveliste catre mare si oras. Gazda de nota 10, amabila si primitoare.

Se auzea destul de mult zgomot prin pereti iar la dus apa nu era intotdeauna calda.

Przemiła właścicielka, cudowne otoczenie posesji, trawnik, polowa kuchnia w altanie, ostatni dom we wsi - cisza, spokój i piękna plaża prawie na wyłączność. Bardzo bardzo czysto.

Aneks kuchenny w pokoju bardzo skromny, widać to na zdjęciach, natomiast wyposażenie w naczynia niewystarczające, na życzenie otrzymaliśmy garnek bez problemu.

Пријатно место за боравак, чисто, гостољубиво а плажа је на сто метара.

Пријатни домаћини, чист и добро одржаван објекат, плажа није далеко и види се са терасе. Наша породица је велика, петоро деце, сигурно смо били најбучнији а опет смо се осећали као код куће. Стварно пријатно место за боравак, све препоруке. Удаљено је од центра места али то је можда и добро пошто је околина у вечерњим сатима прилично тиха. Ионако сви долазимо колима па није проблем да се провозамо около до продавница или шеталишта. Време нас је послужило, пре подне вода је мирна а поподне се могло уживати у благим таласима.

Било би добро да студио има већи сто на ком се може поставити лаптоп за рад. Тако је, неки ће да се купају а неки ћемо и да радимо.

Dezastru total - mă aștept la despăgubiri.

Încă de la cazare au spus că nu mai au camere, chiar dacă aveam rezervare pe Booking de peste două luni cu confirmare. Ulterior au găsit o cameră (206) care avea 10 mp (din această cameră a scos doi tineri cărora le-a inapoiat 50 E), față de ceea ce am plătit (202, 205 sau 207- transmise la Booking pe tabletă) care aveau 20 mp. Am luat acea cameră deoarece nu aveam unde să ne ducem după 1000 km de mers cu mașina. Această cameră era mică, cu un balcon mic 4mp, față de cea pe care am plătit-o de 10 mp. Din cauza aceasta am avut o stare de irascibilitate între noi, stare conflictuală și deci un concediu neplăcut.

Încă de la cazare au spus că nu mai au camere, chiar dacă aveam rezervare pe Booking de peste două luni cu confirmare ( dând vina pe Booking). Ulterior a găsit o cameră (206) care avea 10 mp-(3 m x 3 m), față de cea am plătit (202, 205 sau 207) care aveau 20 mp. Am luat acea cameră deoarece nu aveam unde să ne ducem după 1000 km de mers cu mașina. Această cameră era mică, cu un balcon mic 4mp, față de cea pe care am plătit-o de 10 mp. Aerul conditionat bătea direct în zona paturilor și u s-a putut folosi. Din cauza aceasta am avut o stare de irascibilitate între noi, stare conflictuală și deci un concediu neplăcut. Dealtfel am plătit o cameră cu vedere la mare și am fost băgați într-o cameră cu vedere la gospodării neîngrijite.

A házigazda nagyon kedves figyelmes segítőkész! Minden nap megkérdezte van e szükségünk valamire. Két naponta takarítottak friss ágynemű törölközőt. Legfelső emeletről pazar a kilátás a tengerre. Ágyból láttuk a napfelkeltét. Nagyon csendes nyugodt környék. A központ kb 1,5 km kb 10-15 perc gyalog . Számunkra nagyon jó választás volt itt megszállni.
