Very clean, very close to the beach, it's at the start of the town, so it's quiet and out of the crowds
The bedroom should have a ceiling or standing fan. It's too warm and humid to sleep without it. Yes there is an ac but it's too cold with the ac on.

The apartment is at a ground floor of a small building, located in a very quiet part of Asprovalta, facing south (from the bedroom: three beds) and north (from the kitchen: one bed) side. There are balconies in the both rooms: the south one is with awning and furnished (table with four chairs), on a peaceful street, next to school/kindergarten, while the north balcony is at green patio. There are mosquito nets on their doors, although there are almost no mosquitos in the town.
The AC is in the bedroom, but also nicely refreshes the kitchen.
The beach (offering natural shadow, showers, wardrobe) and pedestrian zone (with different restaurants and bars, and a theatre) along it is very near, and also a plenty of sport grounds: basketball, volleyball, tennis, football. Each Monday there is a rich, diverse, affordable and quality bazaar just between them and the beach, which is very popular not just among the locals, but also among the guests of Asprovalta.
Just next to the apartment there is a lovely bookstore, wherefrom a pedestrian zone along the road begins, with excellent bakeries, jewelry shops, restaurants, bars, markets...
A car can be parked on many streets around the building, if not even in front of the apartment, under trees.
The owner - Anastasia - promptly answers the questions and solves the needs, showing availability at any moment.
Persons taller than 190 cm will have to accommodate when using the bathroom, as the slab is at that height probably due to water heating system (frequently met in Greece).
Although there are four beds, it might become crowded in the apartment in the high-heat-hours if only adult persons are there.
