For those that love beach life since Asprovalta is not a sightseeing destination

Location was perfect since it is first row of houses along the beach so hopping to the room/apartment and getting back to the beach is minute or two easy walk activity. Room is spacious, balcony is shielded from the sun whole day and Air Conditioner was operational and can cope with heat (and it was hot this summer). Kitchenet was enough for preparing fast meal or breakfast. Fridge was half size one with ice box but enough for family of 3 on a vacation. Bathroom was spacious, clean and easy to maintain since tiles go to the ceiling. There is plenty of free public parking space on location and in town center, so using car to get to the center was not an issue since that 15-20 minute walk to center can be too much when experiencing summers that are hot as July 2023. was (there is not much shade on the road to the center). Beds were comfy, even the third, folding one. Towels and bed sheets were always ready to be replaced on request by very hospitable host. Beach has free public fresh water showers and taps with toilets nearby. You can bring Your own beach beds and umbrellas or rent already installed ones which You pay by ordering drinks or food from nearby restaurant. >>For dog owners: This is awesome location. Very close to beach, no one objected to our dog (German Shephard) presence at the beach as he did not cause any problems to other beach goers. Since there are free public fresh water showers You can wash Your dog after each sea adventure or (and) on the way back to the apartment. There are local dogs of shepherd type that can be big and intimidating but no serious altercations occurred. There is veterinary clinic on Asprovalta's main road close to Amaryllis Studios location. Washing a dog in apartment bathroom was easy since shower did not have glass doors or curtain and is separated from the rest of bathroom with a wall and opening with small door step.

Only detail that was, kinda, inconvenient is the fact that apartment was on second floor and there is narrow winding staircase that leads to second floor. Not too much of a trouble.

Maria and her husband are really good hosts, always ready to help. The place is really clean and tidy. Also dog friendly witch is a massive plus for us! Beach is literally right in front of the house and there's a nice restaurant right next to it as well. Town centre is less than 10 min of walking and with lots of shops and restaurants.

Incredible, Amazing and Super Friendly Place- Amaryllis Studios!

Everything was very clean, suitable and comfortable! My husband is 1.98m tall and the bed was perfect for him! Amazing place, Amazing Hosts, Amazing View and Maria and her Family are the best! We were with our baby, she is 8month old and Maria (the host) make everything for us to feel on a real vacation even with a baby! She put for our baby a bed, chair for eating and baldachin for the bed! Again Amazing, Perfect, Excellent, Super Host!

Amazing stay

The studio was amazing, with stunning balcony sea view, close to the beach, which was great 'cause we were with kids. Near we had little kids park for fun. Ms.Maria welcome us and was available for everything. The studio was just like photos, equiped with all you need, clean bathroom, towels, small kitchen, comfy bed...Tv, wifi and AC included. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood was all we were looking for.

Beachfront gem that gives you what you need!

Gorgeous property right on the beach (but keep in mind, its at the very end of the tourist strip), well kept, clean, welcoming, flowers all around....our room was on the main floor with a pretty little table and 2 chairs. Quiet from tourists and car traffic. The owner/host of the home is a wonderful sweet lady!

Things got loud from the upper floor as early as 7 am - kitchen noises, people, kids etc... Also the TV and remote were completely useless (tuned into a black screen with some greek radio playing).

The location is at the end of Asprovalta, no shop near, no where to buy anything. Not even a coffee in the morning. The airconditioner very disturbing. Very, very hot in the room and bed smell from bathroom. We only stay a night for transit.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the bed is also very comfortable with a nice mattress. Our room was on the third floor with a view to the sea. The beach is right in front of the house. The owners are very kind and helpful. This place is great for a relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful summer

Sehr gute Gastgeberin, freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und es hatte einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Stadt Asprovalta war sehr gut auch zu Fuß zu erreichen und in unmittelbarer Nähe war der herrliche Strand mit dem sauberen glasklaren Wasser!
