Absolutely amazing designer hotel!

Absolutely amazing designer hotel! Everything is great, location, interior, amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff, complimentary small bottles of wine was a very nice moment. I recommend to everyone traveling in the Frankfurt area.

The location is great in the center of Alzey and they have a nice bar with breakfast that was good with excellent decor. The rooms were huge. They have a sauna but I didn't use it. Very nice staff

Close to the center, clean, parking, good breakfast, place to sit, place for clothes.

The room was too hot (outside 5°) even at night and despite the heating off. When you open the windows, you hear the bustle of the center and the church bells. The bathroom has a blue LED light at night - the light also illuminates the room, because the bathroom door is made of glass. The refrigerator makes a soft sound of falling drops. It's only heard at night.

Location was great. Breakfast was nice, not much but pleasant.

Breakfast could have been earlier Wifi was so bad in the room after one hour use. The bed was not comfortable. The staff leave at 11 pm and close the doors and I had to get in from the side door.

Glass door on bathroom! Really wish hotels would stop doing this. Someone gets up to use the bathroom in the night and wakes the other person. Really annoying!

Unser Aufenthalt im Weinhotel Kaisergarten war einfach unbeschreiblich schön – eine Auszeit für Herz, Seele und Sinne 💕🍷 Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir von Herrn Winter so unglaublich herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt haben 🤗✨ Dieses ehrliche Lächeln, diese warme Art und die liebevolle Begrüßung haben direkt gezeigt: Hier steckt ganz viel Herzblut dahinter ❤️ Herr Winter hat uns alles in Ruhe erklärt, mit so viel Engagement und Liebe zum Detail – man hat gemerkt, wie wichtig ihm das Wohl der Gäste ist 🥰 Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Mensch, der wirklich willkommen ist 💖 Wir haben schon viele Auszeiten erlebt, aber diese hier war mit Abstand die schönste 🌿✨ Die offene Weinprobe war ein absolutes Highlight 🍷🍇 Wunderschön vorbereitet, tolle Auswahl an Wein, Sekt und Traubensaft – man durfte genießen, probieren und einfach den Moment leben 😍 Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich 🌟 So ein Service ist heute wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes 💛 Unser Zimmer war ein Traum 🛏️🕯️ Wunderschön eingerichtet, warme Farben, gemütlich und ruhig – man kommt an und entspannt sofort 😌 Die Betten waren himmlisch bequem und alles strahlte Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus ✨ Der Wellnessbereich war pure Erholung 🧖‍♀️💦 Alles sehr sauber, kuschelige Bademäntel, viele Saunatücher, tolle Liegen, eine großartige Sauna mit eigenen Aufgüssen 🔥, Regenduschen und stimmungsvolles Licht – einfach abschalten und genießen 🌿 Am Abend ging es in die Vinothek gegenüber 🍽️🍷 Auch hier super herzliches Personal und ein Essen, das einfach nur WOW war 🤤👏 Ein riesiges Lob an den Koch – jede Speise ein Genuss!

Fijn hotel mits je van een stevig matras houdt.

Dicht bij de snelweg, laadvoorziening en heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

We een topper op het bed. Allebei last van het te harde matras, wat een goede nachtrust heeft gekost.

Das Deluxe DZ ist sehr schön und funktional ausgestattet. Alle Steckdosen in Griffhöhe. Bett hervorragend. Viel Stauraum. Sehr gut fand ich die Extrakarte im Slot für den Strom.

Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir ein Müsli gewünscht.
