Exceptional gem!
A delightful charming beautiful garden oasis with amazing seaview. Offering peaceful yet perfect central location to beaches, restaurants and port. A family run hotel enveloped with beauty, charm and attentive care for facilities and their gorgeous gardens and beautiful immaculately clean pool which has an amazing seaview and very nice lounge chairs and umbrellas. Eleni our host was so cheerful and kind throughout our 4 day stay attentive to all our needs and the daily breakfast served was delicious. Eggs were perfect and the daily fresh greek dishes were special. Such a treat to eat by the sunny pool each morning. We were warmly greeted at port and driven to hotel and again dropped off at port when we departed. First class service all around. Rooms and air con are lovely. Daily housekeeping great with very comfy beds, great shower and strong wifi. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a beautiful gem of hotel.

Location. Koufonisia is a beautiful island. The hotel is close to the port, hora and town beach.
The bed was very comfortable and the linen was of good quality.
Air con worked ok.
The balcony. We paid extra for a three bed room because we specifically stated we wanted a room with a balcony and sea view. We were allocated Room 119. The balcony was very small. There is no way three people could sit there in comfort. It was cramped for two people. There was a sea view, just. The balcony was surrounded by bougainvillea which was very pretty but just added to the claustrophobic feeling. The breakfast was served by the owners (due to covid restrictions?). The coffee and orange was poor quality. There was never a choice for the hot serving. Fried eggs and bacon/sausage everyday.
