Perfect stay in Koufonisia

Staff were excellent, friendly and very efficient. Good breakfast and great room with lovely views across beach. Good soundproofing.

Very difficult to find any fault. The only minor point is we left at 5:00pm but (as usual) checked out before lunch. As the resort is 'beach driven' a shower facility would prove very well received and, in the hotel communal toilet there is ample space to install one. Just a thought.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the ferry and a short walk in to the main area of shops and restaurants. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable and a delightful seating area for a delicious Greek breakfast.

Perfect

Hotel Utopia enjoys a spectacular beach front setting overlooking the astoundingly turquoise sea. The welcoming team of GM John and C.S Yota could not have been more helpful. The hotel itself is a lovely mix of contemporary Greek design and traditional architecture. Great bathrooms and showers and tasteful touches every where. If you would like to visit a paradise island and stay in the next location in town, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Colazione ottima , unico appunto sul pane da tagliare di una unica qualità ( nero) , per il resto ottimi prodotti e servizio cordiale e gentile , ciò che ci si aspetta appena svegliati, ambiente rilassante nella zona colazione .

Parere personale , migliorerei forse un po la zona d'ombra all'esterno. E' in linea con la qualità ottima di tutto il resto ma mi è sembrata un po troppo al sole con un solo grande ombrellone . Rimane il discorso del pane .... ma so che parlo da Italiano

Soggiorno perfetto a Utopia hotel

Posizione fantastica vicinissima al porto e proprio di fronte ad Ammos beach e a un paio di minuti a piedi dal centro. Struttura nuovissima e molto accogliente, letto comodissimo, ottima pulizia, buona la colazione sia dolce che salata. Staff sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto ad accogliere qualsiasi richiesta. Ci torneremo!

Oasi di eleganza, albergo piu bello dell’isola 🤩

Struttura ad 1 metro dalla spiaggia, location a mio modo di vedere incantevole ed elegante, stile di arredamento e architettura meravigliosi 🤩. Tutto perfetto, posizione anche a 2 passi dal paese e dai ristoranti, cosi come dal porto per accedere ai taxi boat. La consiglierei a chiunque. Ottima colazione

- Top Lage direkt am Strand und ganz nah zum Hafen - sehr freundliches Personal - geschmackvolle Ausstattung

- es ist schon sehr hochpreisig, nach meiner Einschätzung, aber vielleicht ist das „normal“ auf der Insel für dieses Qualitätslevel

Tolle, ruhige und comfortable Unterkunft auf einer wunderschönen ruhigen Insel.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt am Strand. Alles fußläufig innerhalb 5 Minuten erreichbar, Bar, Geschäfte , Supermarkt, Restaurants, Hafen.

ΧΑΛΙΑ!!!!

Δωμάτιο των 260 ευρώ και δεν ειχε α) απλώστρα για τις πετσέτες μπάνιου κ μαγιώ κ τα απλώναμε πάνω στις καρέκλες, β) δεν ειχε κρεμάστρα για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο κ τις αφήναμε όπου βρούμε, γ) δεν ειχε ράφια!!! κ αφήναμε μπλουζάκια, σλιπάκια, σορτς κοκ πάνω στις βαλίτσες, γ) δεν ειχε πού να ακουμπήσουμε τις οδοντόβουρτσες και τις βάζαμε σε φλυντζανάκια του εσπρέσσο, δ) δεν ειχε σίτες στα παράθυρα κ μπαλκονόπορτες και κυνηγούσαμε μύγες, ε) δεν ειχε χώρο να ανοίξεις τη δεύτερη βαλίτσα και στο δωμάτιο μετά βίας κυκλοφορούσε ο ενας εκ των δύο.. στ) δεν υπήρχε τραπεζάκι ν ακουμπήσεις το lap top ε) αντί για κομοδίνα ειχε κάτι σκαμπουδάκια ζ) στο δωμάτιο των φίλων μας η τουαλέττα ηταν τόσο ψηλή πού κρεμόντουσαν τα πόδια...η) ειναι ισως το μοναδικό ξενοδοχείο στο Κουφονήσι πού δεν εχει βανάκι μεταφοράς.. Ηθελα να ξερα αυτοί πού εφτιαξαν το ξενοδοχείο τι ειχαν στο μυαλό τους.....πήγαμε μερικές μέρες να χαλαρώσουμε κ αισθανθήκαμε σαν νεοεισελθόντες πρόσφυγες σε καταυλισμό..ντροπή!!!! θα εβαζα 0 αλλα βάζω 2 λόγω των παιδιών στην ρεσεψιον κ για την τοποθεσία
