Amazing stay

Peaceful and stylish hotel

I liked absolutely everything! Very big room with comfortable bed, pillows and nice terrace. The swimming pool and external area are fantastic, everywhere is very quiet and relaxing. The staff is extremely nice, Maria is the point of reference and she’s the nicest lady.

Memorable stay!

Friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Property had all modern amenities. It was bright and clean. My wife loved the small make up towel.

Perhaps a bit more shelving space in the bathroom would help.

The most magical stay!

This place is absolutely MAGICAL!!! The staff is sooo nice and helpful, they are always available to help you with anything you need: booking a boat tour, recommendations for restaurants, taking you to the port! Anything. The location is amazing, everything is taking so good care of. The decoration is beautiful and the service fantastic. Really the BEST place in Koufunisi.

We loved our stay at Nysis hotel - the staff was unbelievably friendly, the sunsets from the hotel amazing, the rooms great and the breakfast amazing. Everything was so well thought of into very detail, from the picnic basket for breakfast, the stylish rooms and pool area as well as amazing greek beauty products! Will return for sure, asap!

The whole vibe of the place is so relaxing. Amazing sunset views from the pool and sunrise views from the balcony. Special mention to Stergios and the team for going out of their way to make us feel at home. We came as strangers but we are definitely leaving as friends.

Just gorgeous!

Nysis is extraordinarily beautiful, elegant and well decorated. Our room embodied modern Greek architecture and had everything that we needed. Details and personal touches (such as Nespresso coffee pods, fresh beach towels and breakfast being served in a well-curated basket) were the cherry on top. We felt most welcomed by Thalia, who took great care of us and made our stay truly wonderful (she is a gem!). When we visit Koufonisi in the future, we won’t be staying anyplace else!

Perfect Place for a Relaxing Escape

Everything! Nysis is the perfect place for the most relaxing holiday and Thalia is the perfect host. The property is brand new and everything is finished to a high standard and decorated beautifully. It has everything you need (good bed, coffee machine, fridge and lots of hot water!!) and we were also lucky enough to have a huge terrace with table & chairs and bean bag Sun loungers. The sunrise view was amazing to wake up to each day! One of the best things for me was the breakfast which Thalia prepares each morning and arrives each day in a beautiful picnic basket. Plenty of fresh fruit, bread, pasties, cereal, yoghurt each day a little different but enough to keep us fed most of the day and it’s all packed in little bags/containers in case you want to take out with you. The property is also located just 5 minutes from the main town and within easy reach of the beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely be our first choice of accommodation when we come back to Koufonisia!!

A romantic stay - all the privacy of Airbnb with the service advantages of a hotel.

Upon arriving, we received a pleasant surprise. Thalia was at the port, ready to take us to the hotel. Though the distance is very walkable (roughly 5 minutes), the hotel is located on a small hill. As such, we were quite grateful to be picked up in a car. The location is perfect. The hotel is located on a small hill overlooking the Chora, no longer than 5 minutes from it. The hotel's aesthetic is true to the Cycladic feel, white with colourful hints of veraman and terracotta. Not only is the design aesthetically wonderful, but functional too, from the double shower heads to the spacious balcony. More than this, the room is immaculate. To touch upon the service again, you get all the privacy of an Airbnb with the service advantages of a hotel. Breakfast was brought in a picnic basket to the hotel upon our desired time every morning. It was very romantic and the food selection and quality itself very satisfactory. Upon leaving, we pressed the cleaning button (quite tech forward) and, upon returning, the room was perfectly clean and tidied. Would recommend 100%.
