Walk into this spacious, second floor condo and the first thing that will catch your eye is the beautiful view of the beach and ocean. From the dining room to the living room and through the fantastic lanai the waves and sunrises are a sight to behold.
The dining room seats six and offers a view of the beach and ocean. The comfortable living room offers the same views with cable TV. But the lanai is where you may spend most of your time, enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises or during the evening over a cocktail as the sun glistens over the ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you will need or want
The Master Bedroom Suite, overlooking the ocean, has a King and TV, with full bath. The second bedroom has two doubles (not twins).
Of course, the condo has wireless, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and more.
Your new vacation home is right in the heart of Ponte Vedra, just minutes from shopping, restaurants and much more with plenty of golf, fishing and more all in the area including historic St. Augustine just 30 minutes south.
