Living space
Inside, an open-concept floor plan flows effortlessly between the living and dining areas, dressed in updated vinyl plank flooring and filled with natural light through large windows and a sunroom enclosure. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving on warm afternoons, and the living area offers comfortable seating to unwind after a day on the course or at the beach. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Cookware, dishes, and silverware are all on hand. A dining table seats the group comfortably for meals together.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Fairway Breeze sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a newly updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds with ample closet space. Fresh bed linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided, and in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage.
 
Bathroom
Two updated bathrooms serve the property. The ensuite in the primary suite features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom includes a bathtub - ideal for soaking after a long day. A hair dryer is available in the unit.
 
Location
Sawgrass Country Club is one of Ponte Vedra Beach's most sought-after gated communities, and Fairway Breeze places you right at its heart. The community pool and beach access point are both available to guests. Dining, shopping, and world-class golf are all just minutes away. Free parking for two vehicles is included, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival seamless.
 
Please Note: Amenities at Sawgrass Country Club - including the community pool and beach access point ONLY- are private to the community and available exclusively to guests staying within Sawgrass.

It is a 2nd floor condo with a flight of stairs up to the front door, and does not have a gym
