Located in the Breakers condominium complex, in Ponte Vedra Beach, this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is your perfect vacation getaway for the whole family. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths there is plenty of room for everybody. While this condo has direct beach access, you don't have to wait to enjoy the view. The minute you walk in the front door you can see the Atlantic ocean and hear the waves of the surf. The living room has two dining areas ...perfect for a family gathering and a nice place to puzzle together!!
No worries on bringing kitchen supplies..the newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for either a gourmet dinner or casual bbq. Plenty of plates, glasses etc. Enjoy a nice glass of wine on your open lanai while enjoying the ocean breeze.
All the bedrooms are spacious with large closets and dressers for your clothes. Fresh linens and bath towels complete the feel of being at your home away from home.

Beautiful property, well maintained directly on the beach just the way we like it!! Parking is tight though, would be my only “complaint” if I were to have one.

Great location!! ... the beach was practically "private" and just "right outside the door" ... the spacious and well-appointed condo with large kitchen and very comfortable beds was perfect for our family get-together (8) - we had a lovely time and can't wait to come back!!

Super location on PVB. Direct access to beach, easy parking, grocery and other shopping very close by. The interior of the VRBO is very dated and dingy and in need of updating/paint, etc, not a beach feeling. Most of the mattresses are lumpy and need replacement which made for uncomfortable nights for some in our group. Adequate supplies for the kitchen. Lots of towels and umbrellas which we appreciated.
