About this apartment rental

This property was purchased in the summer of 2012 and was gutted and completely remodeled using a professional designer and decorator. The property includes an open kitchen with breakfast bar and brand new Bosch Appliances. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- all of which were just redone. The recently enclosed lanai will allow you to enjoy the ocean in any weather! This is a corner unit with both East and South views! We have all the comforts of home included- just walk out your back door, pick up the beach chairs and mosey on out to the beach!

The Condo is in a lovely complex on a quiet stretch of beach with only 4 units, located just 2 miles south of the world class, 5-Diamond Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and about 20 minutes north of historical St. Augustine...perfect for Mayo appointments!!!

This is the perfect beachfront condo-unbelievable view ..:the unit is totally renovated-very quiet-it’s a slice of heaven !!

Second story, 180-degree beach view. Spacious with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Sleeps eight easily. Fun full-size bunk beds for kids. Everything in good condition. Great screened-in patio, ate all our meals out there. Garage parking, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella. Highly recommended.
