Perfect little guest house.

Great size room and bathroom for the money. Also included a balcony. Nice short walk to town center.

A beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony Friendly host The room is well equipped with furniture In general clean but some dust or spider nets in the room Compared to other hotel prices in the area, it is a reasonable price

Extremely weak wifi No kettle in the room, it would be beneficial. The street is very quite during the night but traffic starts around 6:30 and wakes you up, no soundproofing. Pay attention that you will be asked to pay a Kurbeitrag at the end of the stay, 3 eur per person per day.

The room was cosy, comfortable, clean and quiet. Apartment was located in the centre of GaPa, parking was nice and easily accessible, right across the street. Breakfasts were amazing!

Guter Ausgangspunkt fürs Erkunden der Gegend um GaPa

Ideale Lage für Spaziergänge nach Garmisch. Äußerst nette Gastgeberin. Balkon zum Ausruhen am Nachmittag. Frühstück konnte abgesprochen werden und war reichhaltig.

Parksituation: die nicht parkscheibenpflichtigen Plätze waren konstant belegt.

Sehr gut gelegen, in 3min zu Fuß im Zentrum, kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze gegenüber der Unterkunft Gutes Frühstück, freundliche Gastwirtin

Bei heißem Wetter nachts sehr warmes Zimmer, Frühstück erst ab 8:00, bei langen Bergtouren etwas spät

Gute Lage und nette Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die Stadtmitte in 10 Minuten. Da es ein kostenloses Parkplatz und kostenlose Fahrkarten gibt, haben wir während des Urlaubs kein PKW genutzt, sondern haben fast alle Ziele per Bus erreicht. Im Urlaub ist sowas schon machbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Dusche tut ihr Dienst. Die Betten sind gut und werden täglich von Nicole gemacht.

Wenn man Hotels mit Frühstücksbuffet gewohnt ist, wirkt das Frühstück etwas spartanisch, aber jeder wird satt und Nicole versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Daher war es für uns ok.
