Loved it. Would totally stay again.

We stayed in a family room, which was great. Had a separate living room with a hide-a-bed, which just sleeping on the couch was super comfortable. It also has a little kitchen area with stove, tucked in a closet. Amazing views from the patio. Super clean. Andreas, the man who worked the desk in the evening, was awesome. Thanks, Andreas for sharing your passion of your country and teaching us about lederhosen and the feather thing for the Bavarian hat. :)

There was no coffee in the room. So, you had to walk across the street to get the coffee. However, there was a coffee maker. It would have been nice to have some coffee to use.

Not worth the frustration or the high cost. Extremely dated and parking is very limited!

Good location with plenty of restaurants around.

Parking is a nightmare. There isn’t any. The beds are like sleeping on a board. Breakfasts didn’t have the prosciutto machine running and none to eat. Asked for balsamic vinegar for tomatoes and cheese and was told they don’t gave that. Asked for 2 extra bath towels and looked at me like I was asking for the moon.

Fantastic stay, 3 nights, in a great location, the staff were fantastic, the room and the facilities were excellent. Free tea and coffee, soft drinks in tap, spa, pool, sauna, free parking, internet, staff couldn't do enough, breakfast continental or bacon and eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal, fresh squeezed oranges, games, heat your own food....we will be back next year, book it you won't regret it!!!! Top Top accommodation. Thank you

the rooms were large and had all amenities. the property had several saunas and steam rooms available and guests had access to the coffee maker and cold drinks at all times. breakfast was included and had an unbelievable spread from 16 different cereals and toppings to cheeses and cold cuts, cooked to order eggs, pastries, waffles, fresh squeezed orange juice.

the rooms were dated, in design, and thr shower was small, but it was clean and it fits with the hotel’s motto. traditions modern erleben (experience traditions in the modern era)

Can't pick anything wrong!

Everything! The location was unbelievable. The value for what you get is incredible. Management contacted us before out stay to inform us that they're going through the renovation, which we didn't mind at all as all the facilities were open. Couldn't believe that saunas and steam room was free of charge. Breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice. On top of that they made an effort to congratulate my husband on his birthday (I didn't ask them, they looked at his date of birth at checking in). They had decorated the table for occasion. We found that so sweet. Definitely would stay there again if I'm ever in the area. Rooms are big, huge balconies.

Not for holiday, good for stopover

We had a room in the building across the street with a very good, comfortable and clean room. The man at the reception was very nice.

I choose the hotel to relax in the garden as a stopover on our way home from Italy. The garden was not nice at all. We didn't even go there and went back in the car to spend the afternoon at the Eibsee. Location is not in a touristy area, feels like suburb
