We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the lady who checked us in—she gave us so many helpful tips about the hotel, the town, skiing, transportation, and everything else that we honestly couldn’t even remember it all. She really made a great first impression.
Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, cozy, and nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the mountains.
The location was also very convenient, with a city bus stop right in front of the hotel, and we were provided with local transport cards. We were able to arrange our ski pass directly at the hotel, and the staff gave us great advice on slopes, skiing lessons, and how to organize everything, which made things so much easier.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was very good. The spa area was also a big plus—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely come back.
Nothing to complain about—everything was great.

location and staff are amazing
my room in 3rd floor without elevator and i have to carry my stuff three double stairs and the price is expensive for that
$$$$
