Organized and cosy, clean with easy access and luggage storage for free
The kitchen is great, would be great if there were more utilities like a cutting board, salad bowls, lids for the pans, rags for cleaning and floor mat.

Comfy, clean, soft towels and great bedding. Appreciated the coffee, tea, creamer, and water added
Not enough toilet paper only 2 small rolls for 4 adults for 4 nights is not enough and we ran out on the last day.

The location was perfect to explore Amsterdam. The apartment was clean. The large bedroom was great. It was good to have a separate toilet and shower/bath room. The kitchen area had everything we needed and it was useful to be able to pick up extras (loo roll) from the store. The lockers for use before the room is available and after checkout was useful and when we needed help, a member of staff arrived quickly, within about 10 minutes.
There was limited storage space in the smaller twin room, there wasn't room for two of us to unpack our stuff. We could regularly smell other people smoking outside. We needed two lockers on arrival and could only find one and after using the lockers after checkout had difficulty opening one of the lockers when we were ready to leave.

The size and location
The drainage was faulty so we could not have a shower for the first two days. The beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable for a tall teenager
