Location was great- near the city but quiet. Spacious. Well appointed.
Wish toilet paper and towels had been refreshed mid stay.

During our stay, we had a problem with the apartment’s water drainage system, and the staff’s response was excellent. They assisted us quickly, even outside working hours. They moved us to another apartment and followed up on what had happened. Numa’s service is impeccable.

The location of the facility is great - practically the entire city center is accessible on foot or by public transport, which is also just a few minutes' walk away. Lots of space, very good contact with the staff, and the luggage storage is a great feature. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free.
Unfortunately, the service in terms of preparing the apartment was terrible. The apartment was simply dirty, as if no one had cleaned the living room. We found remnants of the previous tenants and their party on the floor (photo), and the sofa and armchairs were covered in crumbs. The cosmetics in the bathroom had not been replenished - there was an empty bottle of shower gel hanging in the shower.
The armchairs and sofa in the living room are long past their prime - they are worn out and uncomfortable.
