Great location, good breakfast with bonus of snacks and drinks available for guests during the day.
Nothing really - it was great.

Great location. Close to main train station and tram stops. If I had any problems, the staff were on to it right away.
Day before I checked out the was a strong sewage smell in my room, but the staff were on to it straight away.

Great location, just 10 mins from Central Station and easy access to the attractions we wanted to visit. Room was really good, very clean and breakfast was a good selection. Staff were so lovely and helpful.
Not really a complaint but unfortunately did not get the quiet room I requested.

The staff were wonderful. They have a complimentary mini bar in the libby for you to take to your room, including bottles of wine am snacks. The bed and pillow was very comfortable.
My bath towel had a hole in it. The room and bathroom were very small. To enter the hotel, you had to go down about 10 stairs with your luggage.
