An exceptional hotel, the building is set in the tea hills of Hatton and has fantastic views. The staff are friendly, happyl and polite, their English is very good. They helped us with onward travel and were very helpful. The room was enormous and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We opted to eat in the hotel and both dinner and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff were very considerate and ensured our stay was very good. We had a large spacious family room and enjoyed the lovely hot showers. The dinner was freshly prepared. We visited the sister hotel and enjoyed a swim.

Thanks to the beautiful staff who are bringing the charm to this hotel as much as the building and the surroundings. They really can't do enough for you. My wife got ill on the way to the property and even before they got to know us they were flying out the door to the doctor / pharmacy to get the help we needed. The food was good and with generous portions. The short walk to the two nearby waterfalls is also good for a quick leg stretch. Tuk tuks are available to cover journeys in the area (we went to the Dunkeld tea estate for <1500RPH).
Nothing to dislike other than to say Hatton (the town centre) didn't live up to our expectations.
