Comfortable beds. Warm blankets. In room TV. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices.
The room was showing signs of its age and the bathroom was quite small and in need of a facelift.

The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable and warm. You can make tea/coffee in the shared kitchen. Each room has a television. The balcony provides a scenic view of nuwaraeliya town, including race course , gregory lake, and mountains, etc. The manager is so helpful and friendly. Parking is available
Bathroom facilities can be improved. But they are clean.

The location was nice and the staff were very accommodating. The price was ok.
The rooms had absolutely no soundproofing. We were tired from a long day of travelling and wanted a good night sleep, but loud chatter could be heard clear as day late into the evening, and we were awoken around 6:15 by the same issue.
