Grand Nauro villa

Erg vriendelijk en hulpzaam personeel! Ik kwam ziek aan en kon geen eten bestellen met mijn telefoon de vrouw is speciaal naar een restaurant gereden om iets voor mij te halen. Ook het ontbijt was fantastisch.

De kamer is wat basic maar voor deze prijs prima. De douche wordt niet optimaal warm. En een tip als je allergisch bent voor katten: die lopen hier rond in het huis ze houd ze heel lief weg bij je maar heb je het echt extreem dan zou ik het niet overwegen.

The rooms were comfortable, there were lil persian cats at the accommodation which was amazing and the breakfast was good.

The staff attending, a lady, spoke nicely but was very sly. When i was paying her for the stay at the time of check in, I was counting money in the wallet I jad and could find a change note, she tried to pull the wallet from me to find the note for me. Not happening. On the day of check out, we heading our at 9am, gave her our room key and told her, if we were not back by 11am, please keep our bags out at the dining area or reception, we will check out now. She said yes, when we returned at 11:30, she handed our keys back to us and said bags in the room, you go. So we thought since there are no guests, she is allowing us to use the room to to change and use the washroom. When we came down around 12:15ish, she immediately said u used the room for 1.5 hours extra so you pay 1 hour charge. I had to remind her, we checked out at 9 and had handed her the key. She made a face and went upstairs.

Clean spacious room with a super large, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. A great balcony off the room which we thoroughly enjoyed for evening drinks. The breakfasts were easily the best we had in our 3 months of travel, with the fruit platters and freshly prepared fruit juice being particularly outstanding.

While the property was located on a small road off the main road there was still a reasonably significant amount of traffic throughout the day which did however stop at night. Not a problem for us but the property is located about 100m up quite a steep hill.

Die Besitzer sind super herzlich, es gab gutes Frühstück und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es war nicht besonders sauber. Am unangenehmsten ist der sehr dreckige Teppichboden im Zimmer aufgefallen. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war so niedrig, dass man sich die Haare kaum waschen konnte. Es gab zudem nur je ein kleines Handtuch pro Person. Versprochene Ausstattung wie Föhn, Shampoo etc waren vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar durch schlechte Qualität.
