Hotel Palais Al Bahja

My room description said it has a double bed, but I got the room with two single beds, which was located separately. Due to the furniture design, the beds were not able to put together. The hotel receptionist told me they only have the two single bed rooms in the hotel, and claimed to ask to Agoda. I’m not sure why, but if you are looking for a double bed, this hotel is not for you.

My client had a conference by and was not happy at the distance. The staff at the reception kept taunting my client about choosing the hotel

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The staff is always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and everything is well maintained. The room had a good bed (a little firm, but comfortable) and everything was very clean. It also had a small patio. The hotel has an elevator and a restaurant. The reception staff were always very kind and willing to help.

The hotel is nice and reasonably priced. However, when we first arrived at our room, we were surprised to find damp towels on the floor and trash left in the bathroom. My husband went to the receptionist, and they immediately gave us another room, which was clean. Of course, you shouldn’t expect a five-star experience for the price you’re paying, but overall, it was decent. We slept well, though there was some noise from motorcycles passing by at night. The area felt safe. We didn’t opt for the breakfast, but I checked it out on the second floor. It wasn’t much—just bread, spreads, sliced vegetables, some cheese, and soup. The reception staff were helpful, and our room was cleaned daily, which was great. One important note: **do not get a massage at Rose Spa.** Also, keep in mind there’s a city tax that you need to pay and is not included in your bookings. Its near the airport about 15 minutes by taxi And Jmaa El Fenna. by bus or taxi. I would stay here again.
