This recently upgraded hotel is a good base for exploring Marrakesh. it does a good breakfast and has clean air conditioned rooms. The staff are friendly. There is a pleasant small pool.

They tried to give us a small twin room when we had paid for a king size room. The Bed sheets weren’t very clean and no spare sheets were given. Otherwise room was fine

Very disappointing stay — definitely not a 3-star hotel
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. For three people, the room was far too small, and the bed was also too small and uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely hard and caused us significant neck pain.
The noise was another major issue. Our room was on the first floor, and it honestly felt like we were sleeping on the street. There is also a nightclub next to the hotel, so the noise continued late into the night and made it very difficult to sleep.
The air conditioning was very old and did not work properly. To make matters worse, it leaked water directly onto the bed, which was completely unacceptable.
The breakfast was very basic and, in my opinion, nowhere near worth the price. The swimming pool area was also very disappointing. There were tables and chairs surrounding the pool, and many people were sitting there smoking and watching others rather than actually swimming. This made it very uncomfortable to use the pool, and it did not feel like a proper swimming area.
The staff were a mixed experience. Some were friendly and helpful, but others were not welcoming at all. The cleaner was particularly uncomfortable. She was waiting outside our room almost an hour before the official checkout time and repeatedly asked when we were leaving. We felt rushed to leave before 12:00, which was very rude and unnecessary.
The only real positive aspect of this hotel is its location.
Overall, based on our experience, I would not consider this a 3-star hotel. In my opinion, it is closer to a 1-star hotel because of the poor room quality, uncomfortable bed and pillows, excessive noise, faulty air conditioning, disappointing breakfast, uncomfortable pool area, and poor customer service.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for future guests.
