Imperial Holiday Hôtel & spa

I booked two room as i was visiting there with my family. I have been given room 305 and 310. As there was repair work carried on by hotel management which i did not lie initially and launch a complaint. as soon as booking.com start making investigation all problems got resolved by staff and they were so helpful and loving which really impress me. so i have decided to take complaint back and say thanks to booking.com who really care its customers. Further i would like to inform viewers that this hotel has very good location as you can find McDonald KFC and alot of local hotels nearby. Transport is available almost all the time. They have lovely swimming pool where my kids enjoyed alot. Breakfast was good with a reasonable price. Hotel has a Spa services run by a lady Laila she is helpful and she offered my really good Hammam and message which really makes me relax. The prices are very reasonable as compare to other Spa in market.

i believe this is perfect in this price range and they cant do more. Only thing which i suggest that they should have mineral water in breakfast.

Breakfast was ok but basic. However they provided a lot of vegetables and a choice of fruits

The hotel could in future provide labels for the various foods and veggies so you know what you are eating

L’emplacement de l’hotel est tres bien on pouvait tout faire à pieds

La propreté des toilettes laisse à désirer et il fallait changer d’ampoule la lumière y était tres faible

The staff is really friendly and nice.

There wasn’t many facilities. No fridge, no bidet, no kettle. The reviews were correct. But did manage to stay anyways, was thankful it wasn’t TOO bad.
