Great! Really relaxing, beautiful grounds.

The location was great and the host was very friendly. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

It would be great to have hooks in the bathroom on the top floor. The road going to the site entrance is a little tight and needs cutting back... although this is actually nothing to do with Riverside Cottage.

Overall a really nice, pleasant stay in Riverside Villa, Rosecraddoc Manor but small details matter.

The property is in a wonderful location, part of a larger holiday complex but with sufficient privacy. All the rooms in our property were spacious, clean and tidy. Beds were extremely comfortable with clean linen. The grounds were extremely well kept. Overall, this is an excellent base for a family holiday and we were happy with our stay here. Good value for money for the date stayed. No major issues and would definitely stay again

Most of the following things are quite small but when added up make a significant difference to the overall experience. I understand that when properties are used week in and week out it's difficult to schedule maintenance etc but these shouldn't have to wait until the season is over. for example Many spot lights were out/not working or constantly flickering Numerous handles missing on cupboard furniture Bathroom door jammed shut in one room Numerous internal fixings missing. toilet roll holder, door hooks ripped out of the door. Bedroom door handles falling off etc. Limited number of bath/hand towels with no exchange is not enough for a whole week No instructions for any appliances

Quiet place with beautiful views.

Nice clean lots of room we shared accommodation with another family for the kids to have maximum fun and it worked out great.

Disappointing

The house was nice and big and the surroundings was beautiful

The customer service was terrible and there was extra charge for heating which didn't work house was cold when we complained about no heating they made it out like we didn't know how central heating works that it takes time for it to come. When asked they did give two heater but it didn't help because its a big house we booked for 3 nights but left after 2 because it was too cold for the kids .plus you have to pay for wifi when we booked it said free wifi
