I loved how secluded and local the cottage was the fact its by the lake is an absolute bonus

Grooms Room was cosy and situated in a very good position with easy access and excellent bus service to local towns. Lovely walks in the immediate area.

Great location and views
Very outdated. No microwave despite shown on pictures. No drapes round bed. Rust around small skylights in bedroom. Don’t think the windows fit properly as very cold in bedroom even when heating was on.
