Unusual, lovely features, secluded and cosy
It was looking a little worn and tired - some stains on the furniture and one or two items a little scruffy and past their best

Its location .. beautiful and two minutes from Helvellyn .. so we were able to climb it from the hotel

Beautiful location.
The heating was very hit and miss, it came on at odd times plus rarely hot water for the shower and only tepid for washing up.
