Nice place to stay that could be even better with some simple adjustments

Large, comfy bed. Cozy interior. Separate entrance with parking just outside along the street. Friendly hosts, if a bit lacking in communication. Tasty breakfast with toasted buns, french press coffee, yoghurt and fruits. Decent amenities.

With a few adjustments this place could easily go up to a 10. I will list the things to improve off the top of my head. - Shower has no place to put shampoo bottles and the curtain is mostly just in the way - Dinner table is uncomfortable to sit at as there is no room for your legs so you have to sit kind of awkwardly tilted. The chairs are also form over function. - Room gets fairly bright in the morning and could use another blackout roller-blind in the large window - Even with the windows closed the room is quite noisy. Despite the small island there were many cars passing by in the morning making it a bit hard to fall back asleep - The connecting room to the house is only lockable from the hosts' end, which does reduce the sense of privacy. This was a main concern of my SO and unfortunately it did end up mattering as the host entered the room in the morning after being told to wait with me still in bed and my SO using the toilet with the door open - They only take cash with 10 min car ride to closest ATM . As far as I could tell this is listed nowhere in the ad but at least they gave us a heads up a few days in advance

Good stay in Thuroe

Spacious room, good private bathroom facilities. House is next to the road but no noise nor traffic during the night. Good breakfast brought directly to the room by the host.

A little noise above our room , the host have a sweet Little daughter who makes noise during the night but it doesn't bother me 😊Just a reminder to the host to be sensitive to other guest who don't like noise. 🤫

Fantastisk beliggenhed på en lille smuk brofast Ø og super indkvartering

Beliggenhed, beliggenhed og beliggenhed :-) Dejligt stille og roligt område. Dejlig størrelse på værelset. Virkelig Super gode madrasser! Og fedt at det var en hel seng - og ikke 2 enkelte madrasser. (Når man nu godt kan lide hinanden og gerne vil ligge tæt)♥️ Fint med køleskab i mellemgang, så vi kunne køle hvidvin og vandflasker. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette ophold til andre.

Dynerne var lidt underligt "klumpede" og små. Virkede smallere og kortere end normale dyner. Manden min er 2 meter høj, så han småfrøs lidt om fødderne :-) Men det var okay. Eller måske er det bare fordi, vi er vandt til 200 x 220 cm dobbeltdyne. Spisebordet var ikke behageligt at sidde ved, fordi skuffen nedenunder gjorde, at vi ikke kunne sidde med benene under bordet. Men det er alt sammen detaljer - der ikke på nogen måde gjorde oplevelsen ringere. Vi kommer gerne igen, hvis vi en anden gang her et ærinde i området Sydfyn :-)

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön hell mit vielen Fenstern, sehr freundlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad hat genug Platz und eine große Dusche. Das Bett war hervorragend. Toll ist auch, dass es einen Kühlschrank gibt, der sogar mit Saft und Joghurt befüllt war, verschiedene Müslis vorhanden und es gibt Geschirr für ein kleines Frühstück und einige Gläser, einen Wasserkocher, so dass man sich ein kleines Frühstück zubereiten kann. Das schmutzige Geschirr darf man in einer kleinen Wanne zum Spülen vor die Tür der Gastgeber stellen und bekommt es gespült zurück. Das Haus liegt zwar an der Straße, trotzdem war es in der Nacht recht ruhig.

Es gibt im Zimmer zwar einen hübschen alten Kleiderschrank, leider ist dieser mit Decken, Bettwäche und Kissen vollgestopft, so dass man für einen längeren Aufenthalt keine Möglichkeit hat eigene Kleidung unterzubringen. Das ist schade, da man dann aus dem Koffer leben muss. Auch in der Nische mit dem Regal und dem Kühlschrank fehlt ein bisschen Ablagefläche. Wenn der handwerklich begabte Vermieter hier noch eine Ablage rechts an der Wand anbringen könnte, dann kann der Wasserkocher dort stehen und man kommt auch mit dem Kabel an die Steckdose. Das wäre fein. Und vielleicht bei Gelegenheit mal ein paar neue Handtücher anschaffen. Die sind nicht mehr so schön.
