Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Small older rooms with renovated bathrooms. We just used the rooms to sleep in and spent most of our time sightseeing. But when back we spent lots of time relaxing in the large and comfortable reception area.

This property is as expected an old building. The bathrooms for each room are unsafe as the shower floods the entire bathroom. Very nice breakfast that had fresh fruit and lots of nice choices. We booked a queen bed room and were given the worst room in the place with a small double bed. Bed mattress is very old and very uncomfortable. When I inquired about what we booked vs the room assignment, I was told no room’s available. Despite the fact that paid for a bigger bed. I can not recommend this place. I honestly think the hotels give lesser rooms to folks that booked through a third party company.

The parking can be challenging based on how busy they are but it's free so can't complain. The hotel room, decor, and bedding were dated. The shower was barely enough to stand.

TV was poor only 17 channels. Door locks were from the 1930 s. Nice courtyard and bar. Good breakfast for $25 per couple. Best reason to stay is location by the Ferry to Aero

It’s an older hotel and had some charm because of the antique atmosphere. The room was larger than most hotel rooms. We could hear the people walking in the room above us.

We loved our stay at the Romantic Suite! We felt like royalty. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the jacuzzi was fabulous, and the balcony had the best view of the harbor. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

Everything was excellent. The dinner at restaurant was delicious. They made me a vegeterian dish. The breakfast was excellent with many things to eat. The place is calm. Staff is very freindly. The only problem was poor internet in the room. Otherwise, loved my stay.

The location of the property was great and the food was wonderful. The bar/check-in area is very old world and inviting. It is a very old property that is in pretty good condition, but be aware there are no elevators, we had to walk up three flights of stairs with our bags to our room. It was also a bit confusing upon arrival where to use the free parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, just be aware of the stairs.
