Breathtaking view and peaceful green surroundings. Spacious, well-furnished apartment with a lovely terrace (table, 4 chairs, parasol, 2 transat loungers). Kind and helpful reception staff, who provided wheelcarts for luggage and games (balls, ping-pong) for kids, plus a good playground on site. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher (with starter capsules), and a Nespresso machine with welcome capsules. Nice towels provided. Daily bakery delivery option from a local partner is a great touch. Outdoor sauna available (didn't get to try it, but nice to have).
Beds and bunk bed mattresses sag noticeably in the middle and need replacing. One chair was broken/falling apart. No microwave provided by default (had to request at reception). No starter wood supplied for the fireplace. Fondue kit provided but missing a burner to keep the pot warm. Kitchen missing basics: paring knife, salt, sugar, oil, and a water boiler. Entrance door was difficult to open. TV had no channels set up.
