Not exactly what we hoped for but sufficient.

Peacefulness. The restaurants were great. Good hiking/biking close by.

Happy with the place.

The bath was appreciated. The place was spacious. The balcony was a bonus. The bed was comfortable.

Could not get the tv to work. Not a major point as unlikely would have watched it for long. Felt they were a little miserly with regard to little things, e.g. box of tissues had only a couple of tissues.

Uncomfortable stay

The staff were very nice, views from the room were beautiful, seperate access to the room was usefull and car park was spacious and easy to access, location is close to the centre of Leysin

Our room did not meet the expectation, they need to update the photos of what to expect for bed arrangement in the room we had booked, pillows were so flat, matress was uncomfortable and hard, the dishes were dirty in the cupboard, the bathroom had an awful foul smell the whole duration of our stay, The shower curtain was filthy and general standard of cleaning was not met. wifi would not work with international number we had to use a swiss number

Stunning Views and location amazing hospitality! 5 Star Stay!

The hotel was incredible, the staff were super friendly and my family enjoyed the experience in the split level apartment which offered incredible views of Leysin. It was a truly magical experience

When I booked this hotel on booking.com the hotel price was listed in USD at the time of booking. However, upon completing the reservation, the invoice was charged in CHF, which resulted in unexpected currency exchange fees and additional local tax charges. As a result, the final amount I paid was higher than the price initially displayed on Booking.com, which I believe is misleading. I was not clearly informed during the booking process that the charge would be made in a different currency or that additional fees would apply.

Staff was very friendly and helpful on arrival and with the checkout. Room is spacious and comfortable, and the terrace is also spacious. It has everything you need. Would definately recommend this place :)

Best Mountain View’s! Fabulous apartment- hugely spacious with an amazing balcony. Check out was 17h on the Sunday. Unheard of. Staff could not have been more helpful.

fantastic facilities - it was like having an apartment with a toaster, cooker, fridge, microwave etc. A nice view as well. good value for money and I would recommend to anyone who is staying in and around the area. a nice area as well with the local bakery being a good source of breakfast.

the pillows were almost impossible to sleep on- has to use a blanket as well. not very accessible - a 30m train had to be taken to get to the next proper town.

Exceptional

It is a very smart decision. 1 day before check-in they block 350 CH on my bank account as a guarantee of the order in the room during my visit. I received # of our room by sms. When we arrived, there was a stick with my name on the door, and the key was inside the room. The next morning I visited reception and filled in documents. Check out the same. We put the key on the table and went out. The hotel is situated close to the train station. This is so cozy, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. I completely recommend 100%.

The apartment was super clean. It is located in a very quiet area. The walls are sound proof. There are some restaurants in walking distance (less than 500m). One of has take-away food.

The dishwasher was broken. Instead of replacing/repairing it, the management decided to stick a note on it that says "out of order". The place could generally do with some makeover here and there.

Just wow, this is a premium location for a very good price. Well equipped kitchen, even a fondue set is there! The rooms were very clean and nice!
