it was clean. even though toilet is outside the room, only our family use it. it is more of an apartment like stay but bed sheets and facilities were clean compared to an airbnb. Room was also big enough. walking distance to main attractions. Neighborhood is quiet. Last but not least, there are many good restaurants around the apartment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was really needed. The provision of the water for both hot and cold outside the room was a nice extra

Bed was great, very comfortable. Room was what is expected for a budget friendly place to stay in Venice. Everything is nice and close. Room itself was a good size
The bathroom was not connected to the room and had no ventilation so you can imagine the discomfort in 30 degree weather trying to shower. No lift to help you up the stairs either (we were about 6 flights up)
