The location was amazing and the staff were unbelievably friendly.
7 / 10Good·Sep 2026
Staff helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for a Venice experience. On a canal so water taxi to and from hotel. The hotel was clean and well decorated. Nice bowl of fruit in room and the bed was comfortable.
Room small with too much furniture (bedroom and bathroom). We had to rearrange table and chair to stop trip hazard in the night and a glass shelving unit in the bathroom was misplaced. Not good for an elderly couple. Insufficient space for unpacking and repacking luggage. No kettle or other hot drink facilities in the room. The warm breakfast options were poor, although the cold selection was very good.
