The proximity to great restaurants! The BNB is set up nicely and it is quiet at night to sleep. Bonus, you get a mini fridge in your room to cool down your water
The a/c units feel a bit older, but they provide you with a fan, which helps.

Lovely quiet location but close to some great bars and restaurants frequented by locals. Room was spacious for Venice with a lovely view out onto the water. Great communication prior to check in re city tax etc.

The location was great, close to everything but fortunately not in the middle of the most touristy area. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The "double bed" was actually two single mattresses put together, so we found it uncomfortable. The soundproofing between rooms was quite poor.
