Good place to stay in Venice, good location and clean room.
Charging €5 for storing your luggage and not replacing the water in the room seems a bit stingy and is unnecessary.

The proximity to great restaurants! The BNB is set up nicely and it is quiet at night to sleep. Bonus, you get a mini fridge in your room to cool down your water
The a/c units feel a bit older, but they provide you with a fan, which helps.

The room was clean and tidy and was easy access to get in and out of property, very clear instructions for us to get into to property even when we arrived after reception closed.
The main issue we had with the stay was Air conditioning, we had it running the whole day we were out on a fairly high setting and came back to a hot room. Same as leaving it running over night the room was still hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We had our hand over the air conditioning vents and the air blowing into the room was not cold at all. Which was quite disappointing.
