Staff are incredibly friendly and happy and vey accommodating. It has a really lovely home feeling vibe, all the locals are incredibly friendly this is why we chose to come and stay again.

An overall good experience
The location was brilliant, being a short walk into town and just on the doorstep to the theatre. The cleanliness was to a high standard - everything felt extremely clean in our room. The breakfast was good! A vegetarian & a separate vegan option are available, both for adults and for children.
The only thing dragging it down was the comfort - the pillows are extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I had a poor sleep both nights.

Ok but overpriced - location was good
Location is good for walking in to town Good location for theatre and Greene King Brewery
Think £150 for one night bed and breakfast is overpriced Staff serving food were touching another customers dog and some staff had their hair down and quite happy to run their hands through it and serve food and drink Breakfast was poor - continental not filled up when asked told would be 30mins Surely you know how many rooms you have for breakfast and plan when stock gets low
