Elevated Terrace - Eixample Barcelona

The location and terrace were real winners here. The bed was comfortable and the shower has good pressure and was clean. Mario was so good at keeping in touch with me prior to arrival and full of recommendations for what to do. Great view and peaceful! Has everything you need!

I think for the price more could be done for very little expense to make the property go from great to fantastic! Real plants instead of fake ones, fairy lights / ambient outdoor lights to enjoy this epic terrace at night. More plants on terrace, nice deck chairs not plastic ones, and perhaps it’s time for a new coat of paint. The apartment is perfect, just needs some creative touches and I am a visual person so these points matter to me but probably not most other people. The apartment is a real gem!!! So feels a shame to neglect these small things that would make it beyond amazing!

Perfect location. Close to metro to get everywhere we wanted if we did not want to walk. Also, looked forward to coming back to the flat after enjoying the day out in this beautiful city of Barcelona. Spent a lot of time on the terrace in between site seeing and to wrap up our days.

Die Unterkunft für einen Trip nach Barcelona, Besichtigung Stadt und Umgebung, einfach super. Besonders gut war die tolle große Terasse. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels, den Tip zur Unterbringung der Koffer bevor man ins Appartment kam, die Vorschläge für Unternehmungen, wo Supermarkt ist und vieles mehr einfach nur Klasse Mario. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Dich. So eine tolle Betreuung/Kümmern findet man selten.

My wife and I loved this apartment. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the main areas / attractions. The terrace balcony was fantastic and spacious. The apartment was very clean and extremely quiet at all times of the day. Mario was a great help and a wealth of information. He checked in on us via text to ensure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of ideas for attractions and restaurants etc. we would certainly book another stay here.

Nothing that we didn’t like.
