    Great location and easy check in process. No bottled water available in the room and was advised this is only provided to members. Was also advised there is no possibility of late check out which seems unusual given the frequency of guests arriving late due to flights.

    Arrived late at Gatwick and this hotel is connected to the North Terminal with access from the inside. Very convenient but downside is that they have nothing else close by. Bar was half decent.

    Firstly I struggled to find the hotel. Secondly, very uncomfortable pillows. Thirdly, breakfast was poor…hence my disappointment. Not worth the money.
