Close vicinity to North terminal Gatwick Airport, accessible via bus to the airport.
The room we stayed in need improvement on the following; the mains outlet for kettle and TV seems to be sharing, to use the kettle you have to remove the plug for TV, otherwise move the kettle somewhere else where there is mains. The sliding door going out to the back is a good feature, but the lawn is now covered with tall grass, so didn't matter at all.

Staff were really kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any messages. It was clean and the beds were really comfy. We also left a pair of glasses there the first night we stayed, and the young man there knew they belonged to us and kept hold of them for us!
It was super warm the first night we stayed before our holiday, however, I messaged the night before we arrived back in London and asked them to turn the heating off, and they did and it was really cool in the room!

The staff were lovely, very friendly. Close to airport.
The noise from other rooms was intolerable. We had to get up 0430 for a flight, but we never slept all night. We may have been incredibly unlucky, but staff had to intervene in a neighbouring room several times - midnight, 1am, 2am etc.
