Excellent location. Close to many sightseeing places. Very spacious and good decor. Quite responsive and friendly host and staff. Two portable air conditioners worked well. Washing machine is new and was very helpful since we stayed for 4 days.
Not much natural light and fresh air since it’s on the ground floor. The showing is quite small. Most things are quite old, but they still function well, so we did not mind.

Замечательное месторасположение, через мост, считай, Ватикан. Удобный контакт с владельцем квартиры.
Горячая вода заканчивается после какого-то времени, то есть если вас 3, то последний человек моется уже холодной водой. Окна выходят во внутренние дворы и квартира очень темная, без искусственного освещения не обойтись. Кофемашины не было. В углах и на потолке прослеживались паутинки и пыль. Сантехника очень изношена.
